CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

To confirm a seat on the boat, you must pay in full or reserve with a credit card. (We accept Venmo, CashApp and PayPal).
You have UP TO SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO your departure date to cancel and receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. IF YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN THE SEVEN DAY WINDOW, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY REFUND & YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT CHARTER.
If we must cancel for any reason (typically weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
